Keppel Offshore & Marine through its unit, Keppel Singmarine, has secured an S$50 million ($37.5 million) contract from FueLNG to build South East Asia’s first liquefied natural gas (LNG) bunkering vessel.
The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) said on Monday it will provide S$6 million ($4.5 million) to FueLNG and Pavilion Gas for the construction of two liquefied natural gas bunkering vessels, in a move that will help promote ship-to-ship LNG bunkering in Singapore.
